Ameritherm Inc. Announces New Director, Global Applications

(Rochester, New York) Ameritherm Inc., a leader in radio frequency induction heating equipment, has promoted Dr. Girish S. Dahake to Director, Global Applications. In this role he is responsible for all Application development services in Ameritherm facilities in the Americas, Europe and Japan.

Dr. Dahake has specialized in the application of induction heating technology since 1995 and was instrumental in solving thousands of sophisticated heating problems by applying a wide range of RF induction products. His expertise includes the research, design and prototype of complex heating coils and solutions. He also holds 2 US patents for induction heating. Most recently he was the Application Lab Manager at Ameritherm.

Girish holds a Doctorate (PhD) in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, and a Masters of Science, Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY. His Bachelor of Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy is from the Institute of Technology, India.
