B. Stewart named Acting Managing Director, CIH facilities; V. Perkins expands role.

(Scottsville, NY USA June 30, 2005) Ameritherm, Inc. announces that Bruce N. Stewart has been appointed to lead the Management Team of Cheltenham Induction Heating (CIH). This is in addition to his current responsibilities as Vice President of Business Development. Together with CIH's new Managing Director, Vernon Perkins, Mr. Stewart will affirm Ameritherm’s strong commitment to growing international business through the establishment of strategic relationships and acquisitions worldwide.

“My goal is to strengthen our global presence by offering induction heating solutions based upon local application expertise, service and support”, states Mr. Stewart. “By reaching out to our customers where they are, we can guarantee a universal experience.” Both companies are part of the newly created Ambrell group of companies.

Mr. Stewart will be utilizing his 25 years of experience in the international business by leading the development and implementation of sales and marketing programs throughout the UK and Continental Europe.
