0ur water-cooled remote heat stations, standard with most Ameritherm power supplies, bring precision heating directly to your workbench or assembly line. Depending on the application, our heat stations can be located up to 200 feet away from the power supply to ease congestion and free up additional work space. A low voltage, non-inductive, flexible cable connects the heat station to the power supply. Power supplies can be configured with multiple, non-simultaneous heating stations as needed.
As shown below, a wide variety of different heat stations are available depending on the power level and application. Optional encapsulated heat stations are available for robotic or extreme environmental applications. Whatever your requirement, our remote heat stations add a new dimension of flexibility to your induction heating system.
