Brazing a 6-branch manifold: (~25 sec)

The core and six branches of this manifold are assembled, flux is applied and braze pre-form rings are applied. The assembly is placed within the induction heating coil.

Induction heat is applied and the entire assembly is brazed in about 25 seconds.

The coil does not get hot, but it induces a current to flow in the assembly. Friction from that current elevates the temperature of the assembly!
