  Ameritherm, Inc., a world leader in the manufacture, sales and service of induction heating solutions, has an immediate opening for a Customer & Sales Support Assistant in our Scottsville, NY facility. This is a highly visible and critical function within our organization providing worldwide support to our sales professionals, regional reps and customers.
  
  Prior experience required: qualified candidates should have a strong desire to learn technical information for successful processing of orders and generating quotes; must have good MS Office skills; excellent communications skills both verbal and written; ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high pressure environment; be a Team player working independently to “take the ball and run!”
