EKOHEAT induction heating systems provide a reliable, compact solution for heating your parts with a quick, clean source of heat.

Available in 15kW, 30kW and 45kW models, all are ideal for repeatable, non-contact heating of your parts. The remote heat station is typically located up to 100 feet from the power supply

Equipped to operate over a broad frequency range (50 - 150 kHz), EKOHEAT is ideal for heating parts of many geometries and compositions with excellent power control to better than 50 W resolution.

Agile tuning lets you move between discrete and continuous heating operations without time-consuming change-overs or complicated setups. A broad frequency range means one system can supply deep, bulk heating for brazing and soldering or for more shallow, concentrated heating for case-hardening or for smaller parts. Flameless, non-contact heating minimizes waste by focusing energy only on the zone to be heated.

Power level is selected and monitored from the convenient front panel LCD and sealed touchpad. Remote power control is available, employing contact inputs, analog inputs or optional serial data port. The length of the heating cycle is easily controlled with a built-in programmable digital timer.

EKOHEAT is a water-cooled system, connected to a heat exchanger or other mechanism for dissipating heat.

EKOHEAT is a truly portable heat source for soldering, brazing, bonding, curing, catheter tipping, melting precious metals and many other applications.

Although normally used with electrically conductive materials, the EKOHEAT can also be used to heat plastics and other non-conductive materials by utilizing a conductive susceptor for heat transfer.
