Question:

My HOTSHOT display doesn't show anything, but the power is on, what could be wrong?

Check the "system jumper" on the rear customer terminal board. There should be a jumper between pins 15 & 16. If its not there the display will not illuminate and the machine will not function. Also check the rear customer terminal block by pushing in to make sure the terminal block is tightly seated.
