Question:

How do I switch to Rear Panel Start, using a footswitch or my PLC?

Remove All Power:

Connect your "Start" switch, foot pedal or PLC contacts across the Remote "Start" inputs (pins 3 & 4) on CTB1, located on the rear panel. "Dry" contacts must be used (No Voltage) Leave the jumper in place between pins 4 & 5, UNLESS you are installing an external "Stop" switch.

Restore power:

On front panel: Press once.
Observe: "System Options"
Press once more
Observe: "Start From" Front Panel
Press arrow key once

Observe "Start From" Rear Panel
Press Home Key once

You are now in Rear Panel Start.

Note: Front panel Start will no longer be operational
