Question:

I've built my own coil, and I can't make it work..what do I do?

Coil design is a crucial area. Incorrect coil design leads to process failure, down-time and loss of productivity. All Ameritherm/Ambrell power supplies are designed to operate within a fixed band of frequencies (see your manual for this specification). Any coil you attach must resonate within this band. If it doesn't, the machine will not operate. Therefore, we strongly recommend contacting our Lab for assistance before designing a coil, or installing a coil not supplied by Ameritherm.
